• MediChoose does not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the medical and personal information provided.

3. Clinic Contact Process

Once a request is submitted, we may share it with one or more relevant clinics matching your criteria. You may receive offers or follow-up questions from these facilities. You are entirely free to accept or decline any offer without any financial or contractual obligation to MediChoose.

4. Agreement and Treatment

All agreements, including treatment plans, financial payments, and medical guarantees, occur directly between you and the clinic. MediChoose is not a party to any medical contract. We strongly advise obtaining a proper medical consultation and written agreement before commencing any treatment abroad.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption and is accessible only to authorized MediChoose staff and matched clinics. We strictly comply with global data protection laws and will honor any account or data deletion requests promptly.

6. Appropriate Use

• No spamming, offensive language, or false claims are allowed on the platform.
• Do not impersonate other individuals or provide misleading medical information.
• Only use the platform for legitimate medical inquiries.
